How It Works

Launch a Service Request

The customer selects (or scans) the asset and generates an associated service request

Schedule the Work Order

A backoffice user plans the work order by choosing predefined technician team(s), task set to follow, equipment locations, transport vehicle

Send the team

The technician receives the Work Order on his smartphone and starts the job

Get the report

Chief technician signs electronically the finalized job, the beneficiary receives an email with the intervention report
